Our Story
Founded by Todd, Tyler, and Justin Whiteley
As an independent agency, we are not working with one specific brand of insurance, we are working for you. We are committed to individualized insurance products based on each client’s needs.
Todd’s sons, Tyler and Justin, joined the business and are committed to providing top products and service to each of our clients.
While Todd specializes in business insurance and commercial lines, Tyler and Justin run the personal insurance division. Justin also manages the life and health insurance division of the agency.

Todd has been an insurance agent for many years and one of the best parts is that he still loves every minute of it! Todd’s passion is for helping the people around him, which often means advising his clients and friends on how to protect themselves with the right types of insurance.
Todd and his wife Nikki have three sons, including Tyler and Justin who are part of the family insurance business. Together, they enjoy spending time at their cabin, riding ATVs, fishing, and golfing.
Tyler was born and raised in the Ogden area, where he attended Weber High School and Weber State University. He joined his father as a licensed insurance agent in September 2017 and has since maintained a focus on personal lines of insurance.
Tyler enjoys sports and many different outdoor activities. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends outside the office.
Justin is a long-standing member of the Ogden area, where he has spent the majority of his life. He attended Weber High School and Utah State University. With a lifelong exposure to the insurance industry, Justin embarked on his professional journey in 2022. He has since diversified his expertise, focusing on personal and commercial lines. In the current year, Justin has successfully superheaded the establishment of the life insurance and health insurance divisions within our agency.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Justin prioritizes his family above all else. He finds joy in spending quality time with loved ones and indulges in hobbies such as fishing, golfing, and coaching baseball.
Nicole has been a licensed agent and producer since January 2021. In addition to insurance sales, she specializes in communication and customer relations at Whiteley Insurance Group.
Outside of work, Nicole has a 6 year old daughter who is the center of her world. Nicole enjoys spending her spare time with her family, and particularly loves game nights.
Shelene has been in the insurance industry since 2008, alongside Todd. Her favorite part of working in insurance is the opportunity to meet people and help them find insurance that will benefit themselves and their families.
Family is incredibly important to Shelene. She’s been married for 25 years and has four boys. In her spare time, she loves being with her family and friends – particularly if they’re laughing together.
Noeme serves as a CSR and assists in the day-to-day running of Whiteley Insurance Agency. She was born in the Philippines and previously taught English after attaining her bachelor’s degree in education.
Farah is an introverted wife who finds joy in the quiet company of her cats. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, she appreciates both sience and technology. For the past five years, she has enjoyed working as a customer service representative, connecting with people and providing support with love.
Desiree is a customer service representative from the Philippines with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship. She has found her passion in helping others through customer service. She works hard to ensure that customers are always taken care of and that their needs are met.During her free time, She likes to do a variety of activities. She might go for a walk or jog, watch a movie, eat at a new restaurant in town, catch up with friends, or listen to music
